TSDS Scandinavian Points 2007

En massa pokaler MIn the 9 of februari 2008 the TSDS Banquet 2007 was held at Borgen in Norrköping, Sweden. It did felt a bit funny to end the dragracingseason 2007 in 2008, I've almost forgotten the feeling when I found out that I was the winner. Anyway, it became a very nice evening so I'm happy anyway.

In the TSDS Scandinavian Point serie 2007 I ended up as winner! The scores were very tight and Andreas Bergström (runner up) and Lina Braathen wasn't far behind me.

On the picture to the right you can see long rowes of prizes, you can imagine how long it took to give them all away! During the night we could see lots of happy and grateful winners, Someone counted the prizes - there was 198 pieces... More pix from the banquet you can see at Eurodragster Norths website (also available in english).

The night became very nice with good food and nice company!

Prisutdelning TSDS MHere you can see me when I'm getting my prize. The girl on stage intervjued me about how I bought my first juniordragster (the golden car). Somehow the TSDScrew had found out that I bought it on an easterparty, We don't know how they found out - but we sure are curious.

It's a bit scary to be intervjued in front of so many people, but I'm starting to get used to it!

In the TSDS North division I ended up in ninth place.

In the TSDS South division I ended up in 23 place.

Etta, tvÃ¥a och trea MHere we pose in front of everyone who wishes to have a photo of us, mostly our parents! From the left it's me, Andreas Bergström and Lina Braathen. If you are curious why Andreas has two prizes he also was the winner in the TSDS North division. Julia Kretz won the TSDS South division.

Someone once said - "be careful with what you wish". We can agree to that! When I saw the row of prizes (198 pieces) I said; "I hope I'll be the last one to get my prize". And guess what - sometimes youre wish come true. I had to wait all night, and become more and more nervous - before I get my prize as the absolutely last prizewinner!
