The JDRF, the Swedish Juniordragracing  Association is building an juniordragster which runs on electricity. We thinks that's a great idea and we really do hope that this will turn out well. We'll try to follow the project on this site.

My juniordragster, like many others, runs on methanol. From an environmental aspect methanol is a very good alternative to gasoline.  

It's a bit tricky to write about the environmenatl work that the motorassociations put in though almost every website and newspaperarticel is in Swedish. The bottom line is anyhow that the different motor associations in Sweden put in a lot of work for the environment, often more than other kind of associations. That's a bit odd, but still it's great!
